Like many hosting sites we utilize live chat on URLJet. Typically these systems allow you to view and follow a visitors path as they surf through your site. The higher-end systems (which we use) also provide a wealth of information such as where visitors are located, what page they arrived to us from, or what keywords they used in the search engines to arrive at URLJet.

Every day when reading the reports I see dozens of visitors that have arrived searching for “free vbulletin” or “free vBulletin hosting”. I have to laugh because as we all know there is no such animal. Are these people really that stupid? I often wonder what happen to these people. Did they eventually find it? I’m almost 100% certain if they’re looking for free vBulletin they most assuredly aren’t going to spring for our high-end hosting solutions. Which is probably a good thing, there is no telling how many support tickets our guys would get asking for free stuff.
