Existing URLJet customers may login to restore from account snapshots that have been archived by our Network Access Storage (NAS) enterprise imaging platform. All data is retained securely off-site. When you restore a snapshot then your data will be pushed by the NAS platform over our backend network to your account on the live web server.
IMPORTANT: Once you kick off a restore it may be queued and not start immediately if there is a backup task running from the server you are trying to restore to. Backup and restore tasks can not be run simultaneously. If your restore request is queued you can simply close your browser and the restore will begin as soon as possible.
